About us

our house is 3 floors-the 1st (about 55sq. meters)has a bedroom,a sitting room or a place for a child to sleep and a large shower. Both rooms have sliding glass doors to a deck facing the beach that is only 5 meters away. If you were on a non-simultaneous exchange, these rooms would be yours if we were also here. Absolute privacy with no-one else on that floor.
The second floor(140 sq meters) has a 13meter by 5 meter living room/sun room and a large gourmet kitchen where you can view the bay while cooking. Almost every room in the house has a 180 degree view of the bay. There is a bedroom on the second floor(currently used as a hobby room). This floor also has a bathroom with a shower.
The 3rd floor (90sq meters) has the master bedroom with a sun room, an office, a large bathroom with a seperate toilet, the laundry room and the large walk-in closet.
TRANSPORTATION
We have 2 essentially 2 seater cars. Both can accomodate a small child in addition. The oldest car is a small manual shift chevrolet truck. You may take this anywhere, anytime. (3years old)
The second is a MB 230C Kompressor (our play car) and used for long trips. It is less than 2 years old. Both are air conditioned with CD players etc. We also have an 80cc Honda motor scoter for short trips motorcycle licens required
BOATS
WE have an 11-meter sailboat, which in the season, is at the pier. Due to legal liabilities you must have a government issued captains licens,be an active sailor with your own boat and we might negotiate it's use. We also keep an inflatable on the pier in davits with an outboard for your use. No boat from november thru april--the bay is too rough at this time to keep them on the pier.
