Detached bungalow in a rural market town setting. We have good communications with both Glasgow and Edinburgh (1hour 30mins by road). The area is good for walking, sailing, golf, entertainment (a small theatre is situated in the town) and sightseeing, having a thriving artist community in nearby Kirkcudbright. There are very good local shops within walking distance of our house. The house backs on to farmland and is therefore not overlooked, and has a rear garden mainly laid to lawn.
