Lovely 1 Bed home in OAKLAND, USA

I live in a one bedroom condo in a very nice, quiet area of Oakland Ca. San Francisco is a short 20 minute ride by car, bus, or BART (public transit). The bedroom has a large king size bed. The living room has a pullout couch that could accomodate 1 or 2 adults. The condo is a corner unit with plenty of sunlight and a balcony. I own two small cats but they will be at a friend's house while I am away. I am on sabatical from Sept 13 - Oct 11, so would be willing to consider up to a 4 week exchange in that timeframe. However, I would prefer 2 two-week exchanges in two locations in Australia.
