Modern home on edge of Tauranga Harbour. Good views but secluded within 10 minutes of City Centre. Tauranga is a growing port.
Hinterland is pastoral farming and orcharding. Mt Maunganui is a surf mecca. Rotorua one hour away is a thermal and Maori cultural centre. Auckland is two and a half hours away and there are door to door shuttles provided for the traveller. There are a number of coastal and harbour beaches and villages nearby. The Coromandel Peninsular with it's tourist attractions starts a little over an hour away. Local attractions are golf, walking, restaurants, all water activities and scenery. Our ideal exchange period is two to three months but are flexible somewhere between May and October 2005.
