A well maintained bungalow
Ours is a comfortable, easily cared for home ten minutes walk from the seafront. The main and second bedrooms and kitchen have been completely fitted. The rest of the house has been re-decorated and new carpets laid. There is a bathroom with bath and shower and a seperate toilet with washbasin. It has a large lounge/diner with sliding door out onto a large patio and garden,and snug with a large picture window overlooking the rear garden. The third bedroom has a single bed in it and the computer. The bungalow has full gas central heating, double glazing and full insulation. Making it a nice warm home in the winter!!! In the lounge/diner there is a TV, DVD and digital recorder and in the snug is a TV with built in Freeview. A car is available. There is a single garage with parking for four cars. We have completed 18 successful exchanges.
