The house is located in a small nice town in the midst of a beautifull landscape (plenty softhills, lakes and forests), good for long walks, canoing, swimming, biking.
30 km to Århus nice town by the sea, good swimming, ½ h by car/train.
It is a traditional red brick house with a cosy and relaxed garden: Ground floor: Fully equiped kitchen,livingroom and music/workroom (drumkit & piano),new bathroom, studyroom with 1 bed and conservatory,1st floor: two bedrooms (2+3beds) and toilet.
Furnished in a modern and relaxed fashion.
We are: dad: architecht, mom: lecturer in psychology. Son: 12 years.
We have just partly restored and newbuilt the study and bathroom. We have two cats - but do not nessesarily need petcaretaking.
