Lovely 3 Bed home in VERO BEACH, USA
My wife and I are both retired. I owned a restaurant for 21 years in N.J. before retiring to Florida. We both enjoy the outdoors and are very active people. We are non-smokers and have no pets. Our children are all grown and on their own in 4 different states.
We have a very modern home with 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, living room, dining room, recreation room with pool table and fireplace. Our modern kitchen has all the newest appliances. We have an attached, screened in Florida room and 15'x 30' solar heated pool and a hot tub.
Our home in Vero Beach Florida, is located approximately 8 miles from the beautiful ocean. We are approximately 1½ hours south east of Orlando and 1½ hours north of West Palm Beach.
March/April is a great time to visit our area as the weather is in the 70's and it is not the rainy season or the hurricane season.
A vehicle would be a must.
