This small, refurbished house (our preferred exchange) in the Realejo, the old Jewish quarter of Granada, faces onto a 2 mtr wide street about 100mtr long dominated by the university of Granada language school at one end.the street is Now 'being gentrified' plot by plot (three properties are owned by architects)... the street appears on C16th tythe maps.

This house enjoys a traffic free environment: (narrow with steps at each end), four levels: GF: kitchen, shower toilet, dining; 1st Flr: one large room; 2nd Flr: bath, sleeping, sitting; and 3rd Flr: sumptuous terrace, 5.5mtrs x 4.5mtrs, private and not overlooked. The houses are back to back, stairs are a challenge, but it is very rare to find a quiet property (less so, during fiestas) centrally located: public transport is excellent. Heating is with electric storage heaters, cable tv sockets, broadband internet, telephones, at three levels, and all services have been replaced or overhauled in recent years: as it is a (much used by us) second home, we can be FLEXIBLE: this is our "non-coincidental" property exchange offer.
