I have a beautiful luxury executive home in the best location in Calgary. We are 45 minutes away from the Rocky Mountains and Banff National Park. There is awesome hiking, camping, fishing all around as well as great urban excitement in downtown Calgary which is 5 minutes away. There are great bike paths and bus access just a block away. My mom lives next door and is very friendly. She has room for more people if necessary. I have a Mercedes ML 320 SUV that I would be willing to exchange for a reliable vehicle to use at my destination. We have all the toys and electronic devices for children as well as many luxuries for the adults as well, such as the 2 gas fireplaces, steam room and jacuzzi tub.
