We are looking to swap with a house in or near London in exchange for our two story house, North of Perth, surrounded by a verandah, Australian style. We are ten minutes walk from the beach and Hillary's Marina that contains many shops, restaurants, boating facilities and more.

The back area contains a large heated swimming pool and an entertaining area while there is a large front garden.

Downstairs there is a double bedroom with en-suite, walk-in robe, separate dining room and separate lounge room, big kitchen with everything, large eating area off kitchen looking over the swimming pool and a big family room. There is a study and a laundry with washing machine, dryer and a freezer.

Upstairs there are two double bedrooms and one single bedroom, a bathroom with bath and separate shower and a separate toilet. In addition there is a large living area with views of the ocean.

Currently we have two cars and there is a separate two car lock-up garage that also houses and extra refrigerator.

The area is well served with golf courses, shops and restaurants and is a 15 minutes drive from the centre of Perth.
