Lovely 4 Bed home in Zürich, Horgen, SWITZERLAND

Our house was build in 2003 with 200qm,6 rooms each with spectacular panorama view on the Zürich lake/mountains/forest and some on the city of Zürich. All modern appliances (e.g. dish-washer,ceran cooking field,Internet-access, DVD, TV with international channels,beds: 1 King size,1 Queen size,bed sofa, 1 toddler's, 3 showers, 1 tube). The dining room and the modern open kitchen lead through big sliding doors to a hugh deck with view to forest, mountains and lake. The perfect spot for an open air meal in all privacy. The large living room has an open fire and an additional balcony. Nice garden+2 patios. Parquet flooring and under floor heating, private car parking in front of the door.
The house is located 14 km outside of downtown Zürich, in Horgen situated directly on the lake of Zürich. Stepping out of the front door you will find yourself at the edge of the forest (perfect spot for walking, bikers and children) . Within a 12 minute walk you reach the lake where in summer it is very popular to go for a swim (the water is very clean and warm) . We know lovely waterfront parks nearby (they are a well kept secret) which we will recommend to you. The house is located in a very quiet and upscale neighbourhood with mainly new buildings and very friendly and helpful neighbours but nevertheless just a 4 minute walk away from the train station bringing you within 15 minutes to downtown Zürich Bahnhofstrasse, where you can enjoy shopping. Public transport in Switzerland is safe, reliable, clean, frequent and can therefore be strongly recommended.
Going by car on the highway to downtown is as fast.
If you have time you can take the boat too.
Zürich has just recently been detected to be the number 1 of the most attractive towns to live and work in worldwide. Zürich is actually a clean cultured city and offers plenty of galleries, museums, theatres, an interesting night life, lots of excellent restaurants, bars, cafés. The closest skiing ressort is within 35 km distance, the ski ressort of Flumserberg/Flims can be reached within a 45 minute car ride. Famous Lucerne is a 35 minute car ride. The german border is just 60 km away (black forest, lake of Constance) , France, Austria, Italy within 2-3 hours.The swiss capital Bern can be reached within a 1, 5 hour drive.

Tout confort (machine à laver la vaisselle, 1 baignore, 3 douches, parquett, chauffage par le sol,cheminée,3 terrasses (une au toit),1 balcon, petit jardin, parking privé, 8 minutes à pied du lac (en été on peut y nager, l'eau très propre et chaude),5 minutes de la gare,quartier résidentiel, tranquille, à côté du foret, 15 minutes jusqu'au centre-ville Zürich,35 km pour faire du ski
