Lovely 3 Bed home in Edinburgh, Scotland

We have an exchange for summer 2012 thanks!
Comfortable two-storeyed, terraced family home in the quiet, popular suburb of Morningside, Edinburgh. Morningside shops are 10 mins walk away, with delicatessens, cafes, supermarket, pubs etc. Frequent buses into Edinburgh centre take about 10-15 mins. Edinburgh itself has lots to see: castle, palace, old historic town and festivals galore in late July-August.

House has 2 sitting rooms, family dining and kitchen area, 3 double bedrooms, study and two bathrooms (1 en-suite). Small, enclosed garden and lots of children's toys! We have two middle-aged but reliable cars, one of which we would exchange. One cat, good with children, we would leave at home if swappers were happy, but she can go to a boarding place.
