Lovely 3 Bed home in Strasbourg, FRANCE

Our home is situated in a typical Alsace village close to Strasbourg,( 10 mins). An ideal base for combining city and country activities, with a truly international flavour. Strasbourg is bursting with historic buildings and many cultural events take place throughout the year. The surrounding Vosges mountains, offer a complete change; Hiking, swimming in lakes and canoeing are among the numerous possibilities. I personally love the authentic quality of the Vosges mountains where life goes on as it did many years ago, and not just for the benefit of tourists! There are some truly magical places to be discovered. The Wine Route, meandering throughout the beautiful Alsace vineyards starts about half an hour away.
Close to Germany and Swizerland, Alsace is geographically and in the heart of Europe. Alsace boasts a high proportion of three star Michelin restauraunts for the gourmet and lots of local produce in the typical Winstubs.
Our home is fairly functional and spacious with access to garden, BBQ etc. For sport lovers a club with pool jacuzzi, gym, tennis, just a cycle ride away offers temporary passes, and the La Wantzeau Golf course is reputed. Horse riding is also close by. We are experienced exchangers, love the lifestyle in this area which has such a lot to offer.
