House is on the Gulf Islands, off the coast of Vancouver - on Galiano Island - a short ferry ride from Vancouver. The house overlooks the Golf Course; is close to beaches, restaurants, shops; within a 5 minute drive to marina, provincial park, ferry. We have a hot tub overlooking the trees and golf course. Day trips to visit the other gulf islands or Victoria; kayaking around the beautiful beaches.
The house has kitchen with stove, dishwasher, microwave, living room with fireplace, den with fireplace, office/studio, 2 tvs, large movie video collection, piano.
We also have a 2 bedroom apartment in Vancouver on the beautiful waterfront that we are looking to exchange for June 2006 for a place in Italy.
