Our sunny large comfortable contemporary home, located across the bay from San Francisco in the east bay hills, a 25 minute train ride or short car ride to SF. Our home has wonderful view of San Francisco bay, 2 outdoor decks, a swimming pool & hot tub. Our home is located in a quiet residential area and is walking distance from a large public park, which offers hiking trails, boat rental, fishing and picnic areas. The BART public train system is a quick train ride to SF. Our home is located 1 hour from Napa Valley, a 2 hour drive to Monterey bay & aquarium, Carmel & Bug Sur coast and a 4 hour drive to Lake Tahoe, Yosemite National Park and the Mendocino coast.

Features: The house has three bedrooms (actually four but one is used as another office) and three bathrooms. We have all the usual amenities: including washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, cable TV, DVD, VCR, stereo CD player, fireplace, private pool, hot tub & outdoor decks. We prefer no smoking within home & have 2 indoor / outdoor cats (pet care optional), auto available for exchange, close to public transportation.
