It is a completely new flat in Motril, the tropical beach from Granada in the south of Spain. It has two bedrooms, one with a king sized bed and the other with two small beds (90 cm); two bathrooms, one with bath and the other with shower; a big living room and a well equiped kitchen (washing mashine, dish washer, water heater, everything is electrical. It has a very big terrace with views to a huge splendid garden with two swimming pools.
Placed in the middle of a golf course and next to the beach. There are also 2 tennis courts and 4 paddle courts. The town centre is about 10 minutes by car but there is another beach just a few minutes from ours full of shops and restaurants.
