Lovely 3 Bed home in DELFT, THE NETHERLANDS

We offer a beautiful house (built in 1936) near the centre of the old city of Delft, beautiful old city, 5 minutes to the centre. The house is situated opposite a park in a quiet street, has no garden but two large balconies.
It's about 15 km driving to the nearest beach (Kijkduin), public transport via tramway (to Scheveningen) is just as easy. Bicycleways to Hoek van Holland and the Hague.
Rotterdam, the Hague, Amsterdam and Utrecht are all within a 60 km range.
We have three children, two of them still quite young. So we offer a large two-children bed- and playroom, another large bedroom with extra computer of our 12-year-old son and our own, small 3 x 2,2 m bedroom. Further there is a working room with computer, printer, scanner, ... a large livingroom (about 55m2), a kitchen with dishwasher, a nice bathroom with shower, two separate toilettes and an extra space for washing and drying.
The city of Delft is not only very old and famous for the Delfts Blauw Chinaware but also a beautiful city to spend your time on one of the terraces or to go siteseeing or shopping
