Bolivar, Paris

Our apartment is located on the highest hill of Paris, in the district of the Park of Buttes Chaumont (which is at 200 meters from the house) one of the biggest park of the city, in the north-east of Paris.

It`s a modern apartment (70 m2) with 2 terraces (8 M2 and 5 M2) where you can lunch and dinner in good days. There is a beautiful point of view on Paris.

In the apartment, there is one bedroom for two persons, a "Bureau" where a person might sleep, if it is necessary and a living room... Bathroom and kitchen.

We would be happy to make a simultaneous exchange for a couple of days (week-end), or one week or two weeks.

We already made 7 swaps, mainly with England and the States

About the location

By tube, which is at 100 hundred meters from the apartment, it takes 11 minutes to go to the historical center of Paris. The apartment is quiet and there are many shops and restaurants. To reach the stations Gare de Lyon, you need half an hour, "Gare Saint Lazare", half an hour, and "Gare du Nord", a quarter of an hour.

In this area, North East of Paris, are living lot of young couple because the rents are yet affordable. Many shops (groceries, housing care, butchers) are quite good level. Many cultural events take place in summer in the park of Buttes Chaumont. We are not far from Belleville, which is an historical place of immigration in Paris.
