Cosy cottage adjacent to university campus on the edge of the historic city of York. 5 minutes walk from countryside/2 mins from picturesque village (pubs, shop, post office). Everything you would expect in a family home: books, toys, piano, TV, etc. Space outside for parking a car in garden area shared with adjoining house, or you are free to use our bicycles.

Bus service to York city centre stops every 8 minutes at end of road (a 2 minute walk from the house). York is 2 hrs by train from London or Edinburgh, and a short train/bus ride away from beautiful beaches at Scarborough, Whitby. Ideal for Dales, Moors and Wolds.
