WE HAVE EXCHANGED FOR 2006

Our home is a single storey air conditioned brick house in a wide, quiet, dead-end street with sea at the end of the road and is fully alarm protected. Ormiston is 22 kilometres south east of Brisbane in the Redland bayside district and gets all the sea breezes.

Our in-ground solar heated salt water pool is surrounded by decked and paved patios and tropical gardens – with garden furniture in 3 entertainment areas in rear. There is a separate above ground, under cover heated therapeutic spa/jacuzzi. A gazebo completes the picture. Low voltage garden lights surround pool.

There is a garden coffee nook by front entrance that is awash with sun in the mornings.
We have 3 bedrooms with built in robes and ceiling fans. The master bedroom has a new king size bed, is fully ensuited and is totally private with direct access to the pool area. There is a new queen bed in the second bedroom that overlooks the garden. Our computer has a high speed internet connection, tft screen and DVD burner. Fax is also available.

Our lounge has high ceilings and skylights, a new 106cm plasma digital TV and a leather lounge suite. DVDs, VCRs and stereo are also included in all bedrooms. There is a reading room adjoining the lounge overlooking the pool. Original artwork enhances all rooms

Our home is smoke free & pet free. Pool and garden maintenance is done by contractors.

Our 2 petrol automatic cars – 2005 Mitsubishi Colt, and 2003 Ford Fairmont are available.

Our new 6. 25m Cruisecraft half cabin boat is moored on its own pontoon five minutes away by car in a secure complex and is available for your use providing you have recognized experience and licencing.
