Lovely 3 Bed home in GOLD COAST, AUSTRALIA
Our home is only 5 years old and in a very central location located very close to all the theme parks of the Gold Coast - Sea World, Dreamworld, Movie World, Wet and Wild etc. also 20 mins from BEST beaches in the world. The Mountain resorts are also only 20 minutes. You do need a car and we are happy to exchange cars. Lovely views of ocean and lake thru trees on a hill. Very close to several shopping centre malls.
There are 3 lovely bedrooms and two living areas with extensive views over trees to the ocean. We have a wonderful messaging spa on the patio adjoining the main bedroom.
The weather is beautiful most of the year but April/May is best.
Our native gardens have occasional visits from kangaroos, kookaburras and many birds. We would appreciate someone to water the gardens a couple of times a week and to walk our maltese terrier dog occasionally.
