Lovely 5 Bed home in PERTH, AUSTRALIA

5 bedroom house in a quiet private road. Close to local amenities, parks with activities for kids, lakes where we feed the ducks, 3min drive to beach and 5min drive to train station with fast connection to Perth UBD (City) in 30 minutes - driving about 35-50 minutes, depending on time of day.

Formal lounge and dining area, huge open plan kitchen and family room, theatre room, large main bedroom with en-suite and walk in wardrobes, bedroom 2 is smallest (but still a double) with toddler bed and opposite main bedroom, bedrooms 3,4,5 double bedrooms with walk in wardrobes, family bathroom with bath, shower and seperate toilet, laundry room, walk in linen/storage cupboard, playroom or activity area for kids. Our house has a front and back garden (monthly gardening service included), remote control garage and an alarm system. The area is lovely and great for families with kids. There are 3 private schools (1 of them walking distance - 7 minutes) and many public schools.

Joondalup City is a 15min drive with many activities for kids and adults. Joondalup Golf Resort is also a 15min drive if you enjoy golf. Hillary's Boat Harbour is a 20min drive with an aquarium, adventure world with trampolenes, water slides etc and many shops and excursions available. And if you just want to relax, The Boat (by the yaucht club on the ocean) is great for a Sunday pub lunch or the Coffee Deck next door, for a Sunday morning breakfast.
