Lovely 2 Bed home in Kula , Maui, USA

Our house is a two bedroom with den two level house 2000 sq ft. It is only 5 years old. It is tastefully decorated and modern featuring eucaliptus hardwood floors and a gourmet kitchen. There is an ocean view from every room in the house on the front side and a view of Haleakala( 10,000 ft elevation dormant volcano.) on the back side of the house. There are 15 acres behind us of open land and 8 acres in front of us open. We have a organic garden which produces our lettuce, beets, onions and other greens and a large herb garden.. The landscape is 90% native Hawaiian plants. There is an outdoor shower, outdoor claw foot tub and Jacuzzi.. All very private. We watch shooting stars regularly from the Jacuzzi, tub and patio. We have a pond with two water falls and patio area with tropical plants. There are many fruit trees. The house sits on 1 ½ acres. The area is very quiet. There are Pheasants and Owls that come to the property every day. We are open to trades however would be most interested in So. CA Coastal. We travel with our small Lahasa Apso. She is well trained and has traveled extensivly.
