WE ALREADY HAVE AN EXCHANGE ARRANGED FOR 2010.
We live in a large, 2 story lovingly restored home with an incredible view of San Francisco. We are near UCSF and Cole Valley (lots of great restaurants, stores, etc).
Our house has a back deck and garden. We have a 2 car garage as well. Large, bright kitchen with sitting area and french doors leading out to the deck.
2 bedrooms downstairs, master bedroom with wet bar upstairs as well as a small bedroom/study. Very desirable neighborhood within walking distance to Golden Gate Park and easy access to public transportation.
