Lovely 4 Bed home in AUCKLAND, NEW ZEALAND

We are in Takapuna on Auckland's north shore. Takapuna beach (superb) is 5 mins walk from our house.

We have a large garden with trampoline, swings etc and outdoor dining area, a spa and gas BBQ. We have 2 double bedrooms and 2 single rooms. We also have a large playroom downstairs with a double sofa bed. Our house is fully carpeted and children friendly.

Local restaurants and shops are a short walk away and central Auckland takes 10 mins by car. Historic Devonport is a 5mins drive (or a 30 min walk along the beach at low tide). Buses run to Auckland and Devonport from the end of our road and the ferry service runs from Devonport to central Auckland and the gulf islands.
