Lovely 3 Bed home in BRAGG CREEK, CANADA

Our house is two years old, the style is a hybrid of timber-frame and Arts and Crafts, perfect for our wooded area. Wood floors, modern kitchen with gas range, dual ovens etc., living room w/ fireplace, the best part is the covered deck w/ BBQ area and (for those chilly mountain evenings) an infra-red heater. Master bedroom w/ kingsize bed, ensuite and a deck w/ mountain views. Pete's very large bedroom has three twin-size beds (a bunk and a single) and lots of toys. We are on a treed 4-acre lot beside Kananaskis Park. In the immediate area there is hiking and mountain biking trails (2 adult and one kids' m-bikes). 10 minutes to Bragg Creek village, 45 to Calgary, 90 to Banff. We can provide info on many local activities.
