Our house was built in 1769, it is an unusual folly, a triumphal arch set in historic parkland with lovely views to the river. We are on the edge of a small village and there are many countryside walks from our house. We have recently completed a major renovation to a high standard.

We have 4 bedrooms (ensuite to master), newly fitted kitchen with utility room, dining room/conservatory with magnificent views, lounge and childrens playroom. A computer is available and the house is wireless networked. We have a large garden with trampoline, basketball goal, treehouse, wendy house and swings. We are well served by the motorway system having three international airports within 70 min drive as is London, Oxford, Cambridge, Warwick, Stratford upon Avon. We are willing to exchange cars we have a ford focus. There is a wide range of shopping in both Northampton (6 miles) and Milton Keynes (12 miles). Northamptonshire is known as the county of 'squires and spiresso there are plenty of historic buildings and places to visit eg. Althorp House home of Princess Diana.
