Our comfortable one-level home is 25 minutes from Auckland City, in a quiet, desirable urban area within minutes of beautiful beaches, walkways, golf courses, schools, tennis courts and wonderful shopping centres. Car is available for use. We have a small fishing boat which could be used with our son who lives locally and is a keen fisherman.
The home is easy-care, has gas and electric hot water and heating, air conditioned bedroom. It faces north (as the southern hemisphere sun is in the north) and boasts a sun-trap courtyard for outdoor living, barbecue, outdoor furniture and fish pond. There is covered parking for four vehicles. We will arrange for lawns to be cut and gardens tended, so no work to be done.
