You are also 10 minutes walk from the A40, but in a cul-de-sac so you have no passing traffic. The views of Horsenden Hill from the kitchen are incredible, and more so is the sunset on the balcony. And the canal is also 10 minutes walk away.
Basically, you have the best of both worlds. It's a small council flat, but you can travel easily to either the countryside or the centre of London.
