Our house is situated in the heart of Nelson. A 3 minute walk to all the local cafes and shopping A 15min walk to the beach. One hour drive to the surounding lakes/skifield, and the gateway to the famous Able Tasman. Our house was built at the end of the 1800's and lovingly restored with 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a country kitchen and with dining and living comfortable and warm. A library and office with internet, and printer. Great outdoor living with a big garden.
Nelson is the heart of arts and crafts, and boast the most sunshine hours in New Zealand, it is also the heart of the wine growing area and is a huge tourist destination.
A four and a half hour drive to Christchurch for a weekend is great value.
