Lovely 3 Bed home in EAST STROUDSBURG, USA

We live in a 3 storey older home with hardwood floors. The first floor consists of living room with fire place, dining room, kitchen and front hall. The second floor has 4 bedrooms although we maintain one as a computer room and houses a CD collection. The second floor also has our bathroom. The computer room also provides access to our lovely attic space. The attic is split by the chimney and houses my fibre interests and the other half of the space has a tv, and extensive movie collection. There are skylights, a futon sofa bed and rocking chair. We have enclosed front and back porches with a back yard and small front yard.
Our neighbourhood is quiet, although there are lots of great kids. The street is lined with huge Sycamore trees and is beautiful in the fall with the leaves changing colours. We live within walking distance(a few blocks) of East Stroudsburg University. We are also within easy walking distance of the main street of East Stroudsburg, restaurants, the post office and a pharmacy. East Stroudsburg is minutes from the Delaware river and the Appalacian trail for great hiking. We are also an hour and a half's drive west of New York City and the interstate is easily accessible. Likewise we are just under 2 hours slightly northwest of historic Philadelphia. We are also nicely situated for exploring the northeastern states, Maryland, New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Connetticut, and Rhode Island. An ideal location with the flavour of a small town but close to many major U.S. cities and all that they have to offer.
