Our modern semi detached bungalow is located along a quiet street with no through traffic, within the picturesque historic market town of Malton.

Our home comprises of two double bedrooms, although one is currently utilised as a study, spacious lounge and newly fitted bathroom and kitchen with all mod cons. The house is fully double glazed with gas central heating throughout. Ideal size for couples although would accomodate a further two people.
Local town amenities include a selection of restaurants and bars, a variety of shops and recreational activities such as a small cinema, swimming pool, tennis courts and football, rugby and golf facilities.

The Yorkshire area is perfect for those who enjoy the great outdoors, where you can undertake sea and lake fishing, sailing, walking, cycling and much more. Malton is the gateway to the beautiful North Yorkshire Moors and nearby seaside towns of Whitby and Scarborough, also just half an hour drive away are the historic cathedral cities of York and Beverley, where here you can wander the cobbled streets.

Malton is connected with both a regular daily train and bus service, therefore a car is not necessary, however we would recommend having your own transport as public transport can be time consuming and expensive. A car exchange would be considered.
