Lovely 4 Bed home in NICE, FRANCE

Our principal house is a 200 Msq flat in the very typical old town of Nice with a sea view, overlooking the flower and antiquities market;
100 m from the beach;a lot of restaurants and shops around
You'll be able to visit all the Cote d'Azur ( Cannes, Eze, Saint Paul de Vence, Antibes etc...) and Monaco
There are several museums and theaters
If insurance OK we can leave a car in a parking site
We would like to swap during school holidays but also during week ends.
We have a second house in a typical and quiet stone built village with a 13 th century castle, near Fayence in the Var; 15 min from Cannes and Saint Raphael.
The country side is really nice and looks really Provence.
You can golf ( two 18 holes golf in a four seasons resort) horse ride, sail ( lake), fish, walk...etcit's also a really wellknown place to go gliding....and you can find there stared restaurants
This second house ( 2 bedrooms)can be used for a non simultaneous exchange
We are a family of 5.
We have 3 chidren : 2 boys 13 and 10 and one girl ,6, used to traval and well educated.
We are both lawyers in Nice.
As Nice airport is linked to quite a lot destinations we would also like to travel for week ends
