Beautiful Old Leigh is 20 mins walk in the other direction from the beach has fishing boats, restaurants, bars plus a lovely little beach which you can walk from all the way to the other end which would take you from Leigh. Westcliff, Southend, Thorpe bay and on to Shoebury this walk would be around 6 miles in total. Also there is vast shopping in all the mentioned areas.

We are only 35 miles from London with excellent Rail services straight from here to the centre of London which takes 40 mins and is only £10.00 cheap day Return. Cambridge is 1.5 hour by car. Historic town of Colchester is also 1 hour by car.
