We have 2 properties. One is in Bangkok and the one we want to exchange is in Phuket. The villa is situated on the hill, beautifully overlooking the sea on the eastside of the islands and mountain (360 view). The villa has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with 1 space guest room downstairs. One of the bathrooms has a whirlpool. The interior size is about 250 sqm. The villa has a pool, swing, bar b q corner and big garden with patio where you can watch sunrise and sunset.
All bedrooms and living room are air conditioned. There is also a dining hall with fully fitted kitchen.
It only takes 5 mins walk to get to the private beach. Car can be provided. The weather is pleasant all year round with some rains. It is an ideal place for relaxing or partying outdoors.
