Lovely 3 Bed home in BRISBANE, Australia

A three year old well appointed air conditioned house in a quiet bayside area with friendly neighbours and easy access to shops, movie theatres and restaurants. We live close to Moreton Bay SE of Brisbane City. A five minute stroll gets you to the waters edge and allows you to take a pleasant walk around the esplanade to Victoria Point. The beautiful City of Brisbane is easily accessible by rail. Simply take a ten minute drive to Cleveland, park the car and catch one of the regular trains that run every day. You can also drive to the Gold Coast from our house in around 45 minutes or north to the Sunshine Coast within 2 hours.
There is a saying here in Queensland about the cliimate. "Beautiful one day and Perfect the next" which runs very true to form.

Queensland is noted for it's beautiful weather and our 10m Solar Heated pool allows you to make the most of it. There is a 1999 Honda CRV available for use and a bicycle if needed.
