Large kitchen and family room opening with French doors on to verandah. Middle-class neighbourhood, near to park and bike track along river to city. A160 Mercedes, silver Golf, and three bikes available. If you know the Landmark Trust, our house is along their lines - simple, calm, and elegant.

This would be our second exchange; references are available. In January it can get hot, although our house remains fairly cool, and there is easy access to local pools - with beaches 40 minutes away.
