Lovely 3 Bed home in Walton-on-Thames, London, ENGLAND
Our house is in Walton-on-Thames a SW suburb of London - the borough was recently ranked as having the best quality of life in the UK (http://www.guardian.co.uk/britain/article/0,,1843129,00.html). We are close to one of the most beautiful stretches of the River Thames where it is quiet and peaceful - perfect for cruising on the river, walking or cycling. We have a very good train link into Central London and all its attractions - 30 to 40 minutes train ride.
The town is in a good location to visit the historic sites of Hampton Court (Henry the Eighth's residence), Windsor Castle and Stonehenge,Richmond and also Kew & Wisley Gardens.
Our property is a 3 bedroom flat with a good size lounge and kitchen overlooking a park. It's is not the best house in Walton but would be a great base for your trip.Check photos here :
