One minute walk also gets you to Cambridge station and the bus interchange.
Five minutes walk gets you to a leisure centre, cinemas, more supermarkets and many restaurants.
20 minutes walk gets you to the historic heart of Cambridge with it's University colleges, punting on the River Cam and many more pubs, restaurants and interesting sights and attractions.
All in all, a great base for visiting Cambridge and the surrounding countryside of East Anglia.
Also, a great base from which to visit London on day trips with half hourly trains running into the capital in 50 minutes non-stop.
