Our home is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, with the beach access just at the end of the street. For the energetic you can walk for 10 miles in either direction or swim safely in a beautiful sandy surf beach. The house is 2 storied, with lounge, kitchen dining room, double bedroom and bathroom downstairs and double bedroom bathroom and study upstairs. The Tauranga/Mt Maunganui area is a busy seaside area with numerous cafes. Our home is close to a shopping mall with supermarkets and a variety of retail outlets. There are 2 golf courses within 5 minutes drive and the climate is temperate enough to enjoy a game of golf through-out the winter

About the location

The Bay of Plenty is a great area for outdoor activities. The winters are mild and the summers are temperate. There are a number of golf courses nearby and lots of water activities like big game fishing and dolphin watching. Tauranga Airport is 10 mins away from our house and from there it is only a 30 minute flight to Auckland.

Rotorua which is renowned for its thermal activity and tourist attractions is only 50 minutes away. The beautiful Coromandel Peninsula is also within easy reach.
