Our lovely, sunny, small Victorian house with a view of the ocean is in a pretty, very safe neighborhood within walking distance of several excellent restaurants and the restored Old Port section of downtown Portland. House is also within easy reach of many walking/running trails. Beautiful back yard. Queen-sized bed in main bedroom, double in the guest room, and a fold-out futon couch in the study. Full dining room, well-equiped kitchen, comfortable living room and study.

Portland is two hours from Boston by car or train. Also within easy driving distance of winter cross-country and downhill skiing. It's a beautiful, walkable, historic city with great dining and entertainment.
