Lovely 4 Bed home in WANAKA, New Zealand
Lovely stone & cedar (wood) house, partially 2 storied with 4 bedrooms, study, lounge, kitchen, informal living room, 2 bathrooms indoor/outdoor deck & largish garden overlooking shared pool & Lake Wanaka. We have 2 cats (although one is on his last legs!.) We have a collection of bikes, 2 canoes & a table tennis table, trampoline & shared tennis court.
The town is popular in the winter for skiing & is a holiday spot in summer & can become quite busy.
It is about 45 minutes from Queenstown - NZ's adventure capital.
We are close to various vineyards & the summer can be quite hot & dry.
Use of small plane (Tecnam 2 seater) possibly available to licensed PPL holders.
