Lovely 3 Bed home in HOLYWOOD, NORTHERN IRELAND
My house was built in 2005 - it's design was based on the traditional red brick railway station houses locally. It is a spacious and comfortable house which is great for entertaining, but cosy enough to relax in front of log burning fires too! The kitchen is generously proportioned with a refectory style table to seat ten, and cooking facilities to match! The living room has a woodburning stove and a 42" plasma TV. Upstairs there are 1 emperor size, 1 king size and 3 single beds. There are 2 showers and 1 double ended bath for romantic evenings in!
Outside there is a small garden designed to make the most of the sun and a wood-fired cedar hot tub.
The house is beside a railway station which will take you to Belfast in 15 mins. A 5 min walk will take you to the beach with sandy coves, a 5 minute drive will take you to long sandy beaches and a beautiful country park. Also on my doorstep, The Ulster Folk and Transport Museum is a landscape of authentic Irish buildings brought together to recreate life from 1850 until present day - it makes a fascinating day out! Belfast is buzzing with events, shops, museums, cafes - the city is vibrant with a history to explore and a bright future ahead. Local town Holywood has many restaurants and interesting speciality shops. The beauty of Northern Ireland is that everything can be reached in less than 2 hours! Bushmills Whiskey, the Giant's Causeway and expansive beaches with surf await on the north coast; pretty lakes, caves and castles to the west and mountains with forests to the south.
