We have a mature semi detached house in Caversham, a nice residential area of Reading. The accommodation offers three good sized bedrooms, first floor bathroom & toilet, lounge, dining room and kitchen. There is a nice garden at the back and also off street parking at the front of the house. We also have a self-contained one-bedroom annex available within the grounds to exchange or rent separately.

Our house is ideally located as it's only a ten minute walk from Caversham centre and River Thames and a twenty minute walk to Reading Town Centre and Station. Bus routes to Reading and Henley are also nearby.

The town of Reading (halfway between London and Oxford) grew around the rivers Thames and Kennet, and the history of the town is closely linked to its position as a navigation hub for the Thames Valley area. London Paddington station is only 25 mins away on the fast train.
