Guardamar is a small town 25km south of Alicante. The apartment is on the 4th floor overlooking a beautiful pine forest with footpaths (1km) to the beach/marina or the same distance in the opposite direction to the town.
The air conditioned. apartment is 4 year old and has all domestic appliances. There is a large communal pool with separate kids pool. Smoking only on the balcony please. Family friendly Guardamar has a host of restaurants with every taste well catered for. Enjoy!
The closest airport is Alicante (about 25km away). Pick ups to/from Alicante airport available for a fee or car hire can be easily arranged online. If your flight schedule does not give you the time and you would struggle to wash your bedding and clean the Appartment we can arrange cleaners.
