Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Four bedrooms, en suite, bathroom with spa, 3 toilets, two living areas, balcony. Large undercover outdoor living area with barbecue. Two cats (we have 2 dogs but they will be away in a kennel). A very relaxing property. Son lives on nearby property if you have any problems.
In the heart of the gold fields area, one hour to Melbourne, Geelong, Bendigo. 1-1/2 hours to the spectacular Great Ocean Road, Grampiansons National Park (Kangaroos, Koalas). 1/2 an hour to the Hepburn Springs Spa district.
