Lovely 4 Bed home in PIEDMONT, USA
We are located in Piedmont, California, in the San Francisco Bay Area. Piedmont is a small residential community next to Oakland and Berkeley. San Francisco is approximately a 20 minute train ride away. There are many amenities within walking distance of the house (grocery store, restaurants, shops).
Our house was built in 1924, and has been recently totally remodeled. There are three bedrooms, one en-suite with a queen bed, and two smaller bedrooms with a single bed each. There is also another multi-purpose room with access to it's own bathroom which has a queen size sofa bed. There is also a small back garden, perfect for barbequing. The house would be a great base for day trips to San Francisco, Berkeley, the Napa and Sonoma wine country, Monterey and beaches.
