Our open, airy Florida home is located in a lovely quiet neighborhood and just a 10-minute drive to a wonderful wide sandy beach. The house is modern and has 3 bedrooms (2 with queen-size beds and 1 with a king-size) and 2 full bathrroms. The house has a lanai and large screened-in swimming pool.
Bradenton is located on the Gulf Coast close to Sarasota and only about 45 minutes south of Tampa.
There is a modern kitchen with all appliances, 2 HD TVs, and there is WiFi internet access (so if you wish to bring a laptop and can easily connect from anywhere on the property.) There is also a computer, printer & scanner available.
There are lots of grocery stores and a wide variety of restaurants in the area.
