Lovely 3 Bed home in Perpezac le Noir, France

We live in Correze a beautiful part of France. 6 of the "plus beaux villages de France" are in Correze. Walking distance to the village which has all the necessities of everyday life except a restaurant! The nearest town of any size is Brive la Gaillarde (20 min) which has all manner of shops, restos, sports and one of the best food markets in France. The Dordogne, Lot and Cantal are within easy reach. We have an unheated pool and a large garden. Two bicycles are available. We have two (usually) charming cats who will require feeding.
