Lovely 3 Bed home in Cong, Ireland

Our house is situated just outside Cong village on half an acre. It has 4 bedrooms 2 with double beds and two with single beds. Within walking distance of World renowned Ashford Castle on the shores of Lough Corrib (www.ashford.ie), wonderful for walking, cycling etc.. Cong was the setting for the 1951 movie, The Quiet Man. Its a very scenic village and is only 35 mins from Galway or 30 mins from Castlebar and Westport. Ballinrobe is nearest big town 10 mins away where you will find lots of bars restaurants and shops. Cong is a small village with loads of character good music in the pubs in Summertime and good food.

Galway City is full of life, a university City with plenty of culture, and on the coast with great restaurants and fab shopping and nightlife with traditional music sessions in alot of pubs in the City. The Galway races take place in July/August when the house would be available.
